Mullinavat G.A.A. club reviewed the year just gone and made plans for 2015 at the A.G.M. held in the club rooms on Friday night. Secretary Brian Kenneally presented a comprehensive report on a most successful year which saw the club regain senior status and win the Leinster Intermediate championship for the first time in the club's history. 2014 saw the club lose a great clubman in Mick Carroll who sadly passed away after a club game in Mooncoin. Many tributes were paid to Mick who made such a huge contribution to the club during his lifetime. Treasurer Jim Conway produced a detailed statement of the financial affairs and it showed the club to have a healthy surplus at the end of a most demanding year. The election of officers saw Eamon Aylward elected to vice chairman and Packie Wall selected to replace Mick Carroll as county board delegate.
